1. Products

We do our best to show product colors, materials and dimensions accurately. Slight differences in color may appear due to screen settings or the natural variation of wood and fabrics. All dimensions are in centimeters.

2. Prices

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Prices may change without prior notice; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

3. Orders

After you place an order, our team may contact you to confirm the details. HomeArt may decline or cancel an order in cases such as stock unavailability or a pricing error. If an order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be refunded.

4. Payment

You can pay using the methods available at checkout, including debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza), mobile wallets, and installments through valU or Souhoola. No additional fees are charged for cash payments. See our Payment Methods page for details.

5. Delivery and Assembly

We deliver to all governorates across Egypt. Delivery time depends on each product's processing time, plus 4 to 7 days for shipping. Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are accurate. Assembly is carried out by the HomeArt team, except for self-installation items listed in our Refund Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Please inspect your order upon delivery.

7. Custom (On-Demand) Products

Some products are made to order. Custom and on-demand items are not eligible for return due to change of mind.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, product descriptions, logos and designs, is the property of HomeArt and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

HomeArt is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse of products, improper handling, or assembly carried out by anyone other than the HomeArt team.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
