📦 Can I reject an item upon delivery?
Yes — we encourage you to inspect the product upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage or discrepancy, you may reject the item on the spot. Valid reasons for rejection include:

🔄 How can I return an item?
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 24 hours via our social media or email: info@homearteg.com, and include:

At least 3 clear photos or 1 video showing the issue

If you receive an item with missing parts or defects, report the issue within 48 hours using the same communication channels and provide visual evidence of the damage or shortage.
For manufacturing faults, products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Requests must be submitted with visual proof via our channels.
