📸 Your Content

Definition:
“Your Content” includes anything you post on Homeart (e.g., images, reviews, comments).

License:
By submitting content, you grant Homeart and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, and display your content for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

Ownership:
You retain ownership of your content, but Homeart may use it to enhance its platform or for marketing purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on others’ rights.

Reviews:
You may post reviews based on first-hand experiences. Reviews must be accurate, truthful, and not written in exchange for undisclosed incentives. Misuse of reviews may lead to removal or account suspension.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee

Orders paid via COD are subject to an additional fee. This fee is clearly shown during checkout in your order summary.

🔐 Intellectual Property
